Due to Brexit We currently ship most orders from our European Central Warehouses in Italy. We also deliver some items from our warehouses in United States, Germany, Belgium and Netherlands.

All products will be shipped as soon as possible, subject to payment card authorisation and stock availability.

Delivery times

Where your items are in stock we aim to dispatch ALL orders received by 4pm the same day.

Delivery times depend on the country of delivery and the courier selected. Express courier shipments are delivered within 48 hours of shipment.

Other non-express shipments are usually delivered within 2 – 10 working days.

Please note timings are approximate. Once your order is dispatched you will be emailed a tracking number so you can monitor its progress via the internet if your country’s mail service offers an international tracking system. However, we have no control over the postal services used and therefore can not guarantee how long deliveries will take.

Items out of stock

We will notify you by email if items are out of stock and provide you with the opportunity to receive a refund, choose an alternative or wait until they are in stock, providing they are still obtainable from the manufacturer.

Where you have ordered a number of different items, then we may deliver the items either together as one delivery or by separate deliveries if some of the items are out of stock.

We will not of course charge an additional delivery charge where products of the same order are delivered separately.

Lost parcels

We accept no liability for parcels lost or damaged in transit, unless you notify with 28 days of your order that you consider them to have been lost.

Parcels will then only be considered lost if they have been in transit for more than 28 days, if you suspect that your parcel has been lost, please first check with your local postal office that they are not holding the parcel for you.
